Applebee's

Well let's start this off at the front door. As soon as we walked in at 3:30, we noticed that there were around 20 tables available. We also noticed that there was a young lady that was ahead of us and she said she had been waiting for around 15 minutes. The hostess said it would be around a 15 minute wait for us. That's when I said that I wanted to see the manager who came promptly. We were all seated within 5 minutes but the service was lousy. The wife and I got the wrong dressing for our salads, my daughter's steak was cooked well done and was supposed to be medium and had to get another waitress to get us more drinks. I think they were ready to get us out of there because the check came out before we had finished out entrees. Needless to say, we weren't offered any desserts. One of our worst experience at an Applebees.

1 star for the simple reason that I couldn't give them a zero. Was seated immediately, took 10 minutes for the waitress to even come to our table to tell us that she would be right back with straws. 10 minutes later she is back to get our drink orders. 15 minutes to get most of our drinks (she forgot my youngest son's), 10 more minutea to get his. Finally after prompting, we place our orders. She brings out my sons after 30 minutes. He finishes eating and then we get our appetizers. Already heated, I tell the waitress that if our food isn't out in 10 minutes to cancel the order. Manager rushes the food, we get served, my "bacon" burger is overcooked and has 1 piece of RAW bacon wadded up on the bottom. No sauce that was supposed yo be on it. My wife and daughter's sandwiches are also missing half of the stuff that was supposed to be on it and hadn't even been grilled. Horrible service, horrible food. I will never step foot into this Applebee's again.

We came from CT. Looking to have a fun experience and instead we experienced Dirty food left on the tables surrounding us, the entire time. The service was painfully slow. It took 20 minutes for us to get the attention of our server to get out check and cash out. We then exited the building and was left in the dark at 10pm. Not a light on in the parking lot. This was very unsettling walking to our car.

Absolutely awful. I and my three friends went out to this location at about 8:30 on a Thursday night, so it was not terribly busy, but apparently a server "walked out", which means, I guess, that food service would be delayed by about 20 more minutes. The server repeated over and over that they had one less server on the line. I ordered one drink from the maybe 7 drinks on the menu, and they did not have Blue Agave tequila, which was the main ingredient in the majority of the drinks. I had to re-order a lime margarita, and ten minutes later, my drink arrives in the metallic shaker. The bartender, wherever they were, couldn't even pour my drink, so I basically had to do half the work myself for a $12 drink. Beyond that, there was no silverware on the table when we sat down, and even after the server brought me (and only me) my meal. My friends didn't get their orders for about 5 minutes afterwards. Overall, the service was very unprofessional and delayed.

The young Lady Nikki was a great help she assisted us more than our waiter. Great Job !! Others you could tell did not really want to be at work like the hostess who kept leaving her area and when other customers came in the lady bartender had to go seat people. There was also a gentleman with a t-shirt on and everyone knew he had a migraine and they could send him home early. This is just a few things I observed while visiting this location.

We went there on a Monday they had a special burger and unlimited fries it was not busy at all they probably had five other tables we waited for 10 minutes to even get our drinks before and you won't even came up and asked us. I had to ask a random waitress if we were going to be served today another random waitress came up to our table and delivered the wrong food apparently the people who were there before us left because the food they ordered was taking too long to get there. After arguing with another third random waitress we convinced her that the food was in fact not ours. Since it was taking so long to get everything out we just ask for the fries at Prime so we could give them to the kids cuz they were screaming and hollering and that took forever. After they dropped off the kids food and my food my wife will still waiting on her food and it seem like the waiter never came back we had to get a manager tell him to the service sucked in order for someone to start checking on the table yeah. We ordered the kids meal burger and I came out on an old ciabatta bun so we had to order a new a different type of bun, a hamburger bun.
