Food was okay but not great. The waitress was not very attentive. I asked for hash browns cooked light and they were hard as a brick.

So the food was about what you would expect from an ihop. Not great but not absolutely terrible either. I wouldn’t really describe it as hot but rather the type of warm like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while.
The waitress on the other hand has resulted in me not wanting to return to this particular ihop based on service alone. Drinks took forever. food took forever. Check took forever. We are very patient people and we’re chatting the whole time but when we left we realized we had been there almost 2 hours. Another table actually asked our waitress if we could get our drinks after they had received a refill. We had to call her over to figure out why some pancakes were missing toppings. We never figured that out so just assumed they ran out. Very glad we didn’t need refills or anything other than syrup.
When it was time for the check we had a gift card which she couldn’t get to work but we finally got it sorted thanks to the manager who was very kind and helpful. Manager is the reason for the two stars.

I placed a rather large pickup order and the server I spoke to on the phone struggled to input my order into their computer but was very nice. She told me about 25 minutes and I got to the restaurant early, after about 15 minutes and our food was already ready to go. It was clear they’re very short staffed, like so many other places at the moment, but they’re doing the best they can. The food was great and exactly as we ordered it.

Waited 45 minutes for cold, and not prepared the way we asked. There was a total of 4 tables taken, the table that sat down 15 minutes after us received their food first. IHOP, you need to do better for your customers. Waiter and waitress were not very friendly. We'll never go back to this establishment !

After waiting an hour and still no food or drink refills we left. We were seated in front of the kitchen and this awful smell filled the air…so we moved to a new seat on the other side of the restaurant and we could still smell it. So I’m not sure how I would have been able to eat with that smell anyway. The restaurant was not busy and less than 10 tables had people at them. I honestly think our waiter forgot to put our food order in and forgot about us completely?

Place was empty. Waitress initially acted like she couldn't be bothered with us. She came around and was nicer towards the end of our meal. Tables were sticky 😬 food was okay, fries warm but not hot, eggs not cooked how I requested, bacon on blt was soggy, tomato slices were very thick. I haven't been here for at least 5 years and am in no hurry to return.

I was here for a to go order and it took ten minutes for a worker to notice I was at the front. They have a area at the front for to go orders and I figured mine was in the mix of the 3 bag that were there. I was understanding as I know they are short staffed but since I was picking up I wasn’t prioritized and others were seated. There was about 4 tables being used so they weren’t busy in the dining area… I waited for another ten minutes and then another worker finally came up to me and asked what the name of my order was. My order was had been finished and sitting in the area the entire time I was waiting. :(

Food was good. Didn't realize that had GF pancakes until we ordered. Will go back and try them. Interesting that they gave ketchup packets and not a bottle.
