Yet another fast food place that says open for dining yet is not. Some of us work outside and would enjoy some ac and sitting down for lunch. This is getting to be ridiculous.

Service not too good tonight. I had already said in one of my other reviews of Taco Bell (different location), that I would not be eating there again but I thought maybe this one in Summerville would be better. It definitely is better than the Savannah Hwy location in West Ashley but still the service wasn't friendly at all and some of the items I ordered were missing.

I ordered 3 things and 2 of them were incorrect. It truly isnt that difficult to get a taco bell order right. Its basic comprehension to read a screen and put the correct items in the bag. Furthermore my food was thrown in my car and the experience felt incredibly disrespectful.

My kids food was freshly made, but the guy came to the drive through window eating and lack so much customer service. We were the only ones waiting, but he told us pull up and we had to wait longer in the parking lot for my kids food.

Chalupa shells were so hard I couldn't even bite through it. I don't know how management thinks this is acceptable to serve customers. They were obviously made hours ago and sat out all morning. Staff was hanging out having a good Ole time tho.

That was the best Steak Gordita Crunch I've ever had. The young man that prepared it must have prepared it with love! Thank you so much. The order was under the name Rob. If I could have tipped, it would have been worth it.

The food and drinks, are excellent tasting. I ordered the hard taco cravings box and a drink for $ 5.99. The staff went above and beyond to secure my order today. I will definitely order habitually in the near future.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 12:10AM last night. The hours stated on the door and online is that they were open until 1AM. The drive thru was lit up and the automated greeting came on when I pulled to the drive thru. No one ever responded to take our order. How can I "Live Mas" with no service on the official holiday of the taco? Had to leave and drive to the one on main street because when you crave the bell you must "Drive Mas" to a facility that truly values its customers. Oh and they gave me a free taco at the other location due to my struggles.
