Chili's

Don't bother ordering curbside. This is the fourth time I have sat in my car for twenty minutes and no one bothers bringing it out. I go inside and my food is sitting there getting cold. The young guy and the brunette girl brings my food all the time this seems to only happen when the young red head works.

Our waitress was fabulous. Kept drinks full and checked on us. (Not overly attentive that's a plus). But with the steak it's was a no go. Asked for black and blue got gray all the way through. Had to return steak could hear her (waitress) from the table lol, in kitchen. Not Happy was she either. Had fried pickles must have been out of a box breaded like pre fab okra. Cheese cake was tasty and Cajun Shrimp pasta was a good meal ask for extra sauce it's dry but flavor is not too spicy. We asked for sweet teas they came from a food runner were not sweet. He took them from us and brought back glasses that had sugar settled in bottom but man they was sweet!.

Had to wait to be seated, might be because they are short of staff..but seems like everyone in the back! Seems like the whole staff had a bad day no smiles! Food was excellent but forgot my bacon on my burger..they brought it later on a plate. Waitress checked on us twice, but it’s okay we really didn’t need anything.

Food was fine, we only ordered salads. The issue was the restrooms were filthy. No TP in 2nd stall, baby changing table down and a roll of paper towels setting on it. Trash on the floor. The left vanity faucet handle is missing in the women's bathroom. The Men's restroom did not have paper towels and trash on the floor. There was a floor fan on in the dining area, the cord was a trip hazard. There should have been a Wet Floor Sign to block/warn patrons walking to the restroom. Looking into the kitchen from the entrance to the restroom hallway, we saw trash / food on the floor. We were there at 130 p.m., restaurant was not busy at all. Maybe 10 patrons inside.
