Monical's Pizza

I really want to give a shout out to the crew and management at this location. I had a birthday party with about 35 people at 5 last night. We had order pizza from another company with a 24 hour notice and when I went to pick them up that company back out on me. I walked into the restaurant and told them what was going on at 20 mins till 5 and got great response. Then by 505 the manager was pulling up to the location in her own vehicle delivery the pizza. They did a great job on short notice to get the nine pizza made and to us. Great customer service and very helpful on such short notice. Thank you so much for saving us at last min.

I hate to admit this, but me and my wife ordered pick up from here like 20 minutes before they closed. They were out of the appetizer we wanted but were able to accommodate for the pizza. I showed up like a minute before they closed and they were apologetic for not having the appetizer. The kind nature of the employee more than made up for the appetizer. Food is not cheap but I thought the mushroom cheese pizza tasted mighty fine.

Been sitting for 20 minutes and haven't seen a waitress. This may be our last time here. People standing in line and waiting for a table, plenty empty and ours will be too in a very short time. For some reason a lot of my review was deleted. After being there for over an hour we paid for our salad and drink and left. No pizza,no apologies so no we will not be back.

My husband took me out tonight to celebrate my birthday. When we arrived there were 4 parties seated and dining, and a long table setup, in a mostly empty dining area, with 24 chairs for people who had not arrived yet. There were 3 regular booths and 3 corner booths open. The hostess asked us if we were dining in and we acknowledged with a yes. We waited a few minutes and a manager came out and said there would be a very long wait as they had a party of 24 coming in. I asked how long would we have to wait and he didn't know and said we couldn't be seated until the party that wasn't there was done. He did not offer any kind of consolation, like we could make you a pizza to go? Or give you a coupon to dine in another day. Nothing. As we left, we noticed that there was no hustle and bustle making pizzas, as it appeared they were just waiting for the 24 people that were more important than their other customers. We will never eat there again. We have recreated the Monical's pizza recipe, no difference in taste. The only difference is...it cost us $5 for a 16" pizza. So, we should thank him for saving us $25.
