Taco Bell

Typically i get decent service. Nothing to complain about but nothing to compliment either. Few times i get good service. But tonight(9-19-2020) was beyond bad. Took 10 minites to move 10 feet. Took us 20 minutes just to get to order our food. The person doing drivethru was very rude and had an attitude(not hateful, but very unpleasant). When i finally got up to the window, he moved and acted lile he was on drugs. Moving all over for a good minute or two before even opening the window to take my payment and give me the drink we order( which was supposed to be a small no ice, didnt get that right). Side note- if corporate or main managers read this. Sullivan Taco Bells grill that cooks the quesadillas isnt working right or something. The outside gets browned but the cheese isnt melting and the inside is just warm. Almost getting to taste meh.

Quick, friendly service. I went during rush hour and still didn't have to wait long for my food. Props to this location also for getting my complicated large order correct amd out to me almost as soon as i pulled up. Keep up the smiles guys and gals! You helped give a tired mama a good note to end a long day on the road
