Showed up 4 hours before they closed and they refused to serve us through the drive-thru because their “systems were down”. Looked in when passing the window and seen that the employees were just chillin on their phones. Sucks because we go here all the time but this 1 star was well deserved. I could say that we could chalk this up to places not having enough employees but in this case there were literally 3 people doing nothing. Thank goodness there was an open McDonalds right next door

Unfortunately the amount of product they are putting in the tacos and burritos has been reduced while the cost has been increased. Really happy the Mexican pizza is back but the other idems fall short on quantity control. Makes it really hard for me to want to spend my money here when I do go.

Stop locking your doors on the handicap people in wheelchairs and scooters and seniors who dont have a car to go through the drive thru. Seniors walk to this establishment from the nearby senior home to get turned around because you said you are short staff, what that have to do with the disabled sitting at a table when covid is lifted. This is clearly a violation against handicaps individuals, and seniors who dont drive, but walk!

The absolute worst Taco Bell, this place should just close permanently. Save yourself the time getting stuck in their cash only drive through. If I could give it negative stars I would. Stay away from the McDonald's right next to it. They're in a race to the bottom and Taco Bell is leading the pack.

This taco bell used to be amazing, they have new owner and manager and they are awful, give food to wrong people wrong or missing items. The owner is awful! The also have inside closed so they don't have to talk to you. Go to a different store!

Never fresh and usually stale shells and tortillas. I have lived here my entire life and even shift managed at this very location and there is no excuse to not have fresh items.

This Taco Bell location needs to fire their entire staff. They are supposed to close at 1am but they close when they want. I’ve come to this location on 3 different occasions 2 times through the drive thru and once walk in and each time I was unable to order myself food because they either were closed or didn’t have enough staff or the internet was down and couldn’t take orders. I’ve noticed there’s a bunch teenage kids who work here and they don’t want to work their full shift so they leave when they want. I work late nights and often times need to get a bite of food after work but can’t here. I have to drive over to the North Texas restaurant where the line is 5 miles long and the wait is about 30 minutes. Come on Taco Bell do better and hire people who want to actually work. Hopefully a manager from corporate sees this.
