7-eleven

A Hispanic man was in front of me, I heard him say something about his phone and pointed to it. The cashier name candys said “oh you want a lottery ticket” and proceeds to print a lottery ticket. When she hands it to him he says “no” My phone needs internet. This time it was much clearer what he said but the cashier said she couldn’t understand him. So I repeated it for her. She then started to cuss the Hispanic man out with real curse words telling him he made he print a lottery for $10 and there non refundable. The gentleman keeps repeating that he sorry and walks out the store. I couldn’t believe she was taking to him reckless and refused to even try to understand what he was saying. Next time she should be slow to anger and slow to speak.

We are from Georgia yet raised in VA. We don't have 7-elevens in Georgia so whenever we make trips home to VA we look forward to coming to ANY 7eleven to get a coke slurpee and chips or cookies. We came back in November, Christmas now this weekend because family member in hospital...this locations machine hasn't worked. We have to go up 13 miles to next 7eleven location in Chesapeake. We will never come to this location.

"At 7-Eleven, our doors are always open, and our friendly store teams are ready to serve you." If I could put a negative number I would - you have to place at least one star to post. This evening your "doors" were CLOSED when patrons needed your help most. My granddaughter and a friend were denied access to your store as they were seeking shelter from the tornado that hit Suffolk VA. They had driven into the path of the tornado and were able to turn around just in time - hoping to seek shelter in a secure area other than their auto. If this is 7-Eleven policy I hope it is reviewed immediately.
