Sonic Drive-in

Used the app for curbside during the afternoon it was good. Came back that evening and used curbside again to pick up an order for my wife, it was terrible. The drive thru was light and it took 30 minutes to make my order and say it was on the way. Although my order displayed complete and on the way to my vehicle, it never arrived. I had to get out of my vehicle, get the employees attention, ask them to step outside, show them my order via the app on my phone, in which I finally received my order after approximately 40 to 45 minutes Unacceptable on every level!

Horrible service and employees don’t seem to care. I gave it one more try today and waited over 30 minutes after checking in via the app with no food, nothing from the employees, and I only saw one order come out in that time. When I requested a refund they started asking question, but never apologized. I was told to calm down and that I needed to respect them. I again asked for a refund, and the ‘manager’ walked off muttering. Once a customer asks for a refund you should just do it, not start trying to do a process improvement. Last I checked, you check in via the app for a mobile order and that’s it. This location has never been good, we have waited 20 minutes for just two drinks, and those have been messed up, order unsweetened tea and get sweet tea. We will drive to the location in Carrollton before we ever come here again.

The food came out cold Is hamburgers and fries And the hamburgers had onions which was not up on the screen screen we ordered them without tomato but we didn't want onions either. So the very nice lady took it back and she brought food back and it was still cold and this time although they took off the onions they didn't take off the tomatoes. And my roll is hard as a rock. We stop here sometimes for the milkshakes but there's no way I'm ordering food anymore. Server was very polite apologize several times but after the 2nd set of cold hamburgers I just gave up

I was the only customer when I ordered and it still took over 5 minutes to get my food. I actually tipped the carhop because she was polite, but she never came back to check on me. Order was accurate, fresh, and hot. The boom box is an awesome deal, worth the $5. Had the cheeseburger and Chicago dog. Love those peppers and pickle on the dog. Their cranberry sweet tea is definitely the best drink they offer. Bathroom was clean, but they had some generic latch lock on the door, instead of fixing the door handle.

Only one star since I had to wait forever for my food and then small things were missing. So I went on a Thursday night and they were pretty busy. I ordered my food and waited. About 10 mins later said someone was coming, they never showed up. I had to call back to them and still had to wait another 10 mins for my food. In all I waited about 35 mins for food with no marinara sauce no napkins and no fork. Highly unimpressed, won't be going back.
