Wendy's

Absolutely horrific experience. Long line at drive thru. They had no ice and no Coke. Ordered a $6 Bourbon Burger and it came completely plain...literally, a piece of meat with cheese on a bun. And the burger was full of gristle. I would have gone back and got a refund but the line was too long so if you are thinking about stopping here...don't.

Took 25 minutes going through the drive through (night shift). Ordered the number 11 straight up with no modifications to the order, should have been the easiest to put together. After finally getting to the window I was presented with the wrong drink, reminded then what I ordered and got my coke. Got back home and found my number 11 was a bacon cheddar chicken, not burger. It's been a while since I last visited and I am reminded everytime I do, why it is to be avoided. Maybe I'll learn this time

Godwin Blvd location-Night shift has the absolute worst service!! The staff including the manager. They were so rude to us this evening in the drive through that we pulled off without getting our food and decided to go elsewhere! They need customer service training that will teach them how to better interact with the public. I will be calling corporate in the morning to advise them of our experience. It’s sad! If these young adults don’t want to work they should not be on the clock! {Signed: Hungry and Irritated}

Normally love this restaurant. Must have changed mgmt,the team was working so hard today I tried to tip the front end cashier but he told me he couldn't accept my $5.Instead we put it in the charity box up front.THE DOWNSIDE,after waiting17 minutes patiently to place my order and 8 more for my food ,what happened to fresh ? The doubles were obviously cooked hours before,dried up,barely warm and they sat while it took a while to serve fries that were not hot.Hey corporate, check your cameras !The Mgr was to busy running food to the parking lot to care about WENDYS QUALITY ! SAD !!

Over all, my experience with this Wendy's has been awful in regards to customer service. This is an issue that goes back since they opened. I have tried to give them periodoc tries...and it has been the same everytime. I do not get greeting. I literally have had my food bag shoved into my window. This was the experience this week. I have given the store various opportunities, this is the last time I will go there.
