Went here for lunch.. first off the bread tasted old not fresh. However what I have a problem with is their was no one in the restaurant while we were eating except two staff one gentleman had went outside and the other two were inside one sat down and the other left.. but when the gentleman came back inside he raised his voice so much about the person who left that two customers walked out while he was complaining about her leaving and not staying past her time to HR because he was outside smoking a cigarette when she left . This was very uncalled for ..

If handicapped BEWARE!!! Floors are very slick in restrooms. Almost fell transfering from wheelchair to toilet and back twice. I mentioned to management to get a shrugged off.

Excellent service! Fast, friendly, and efficient. You've got to appreciate a fresh, well made sub sandwich. Great selection of beverages, I highly recommend the watermelon cucumber drink - refreshing!

The management was very unprofessional. The conversation was absurd. Very distasteful.

My service today was poor. Sandwiches had to be remade ordered on line for pick up. Double checked before placing. Subs were not toasted, ordered 2 subs ingredients were different and made almost same. Took them back with receipt and upon watching them be made had to correct the person 2 times on 1 sandwich. Will not deal with those persons when they are working. Other times sandwiches were made correctly.

I used to go here all of the time and never had a problem. However my visit on 10/13 was absolutely horrible. A young woman, I'm thinking could've been the manager (she sure acted like it) was being downright disrespectful to the other employees and short and rude with the customers. I couldn't stand how she was treating everyone so I left. This location needs to up their customer service skills.

The plastic cutting board was nasty. No gloves being changed after touching doors and handles . Nor after each sub ! Khamari the employee should've stayed home with his nasty attitude .
