i went in here with my daughter, i had gotten off early and just wanted to do a mommy daughter date. Robin who was checking me out as i was standing there in tears trying to figure out why on earth my card declined when i was just checking the account this morning and she came out and paid for my daughters icecream. Robin your amazing and I WILL NEVER forget what you did for me that day. We need more people in this world like you!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took my family for treat, sadly when I grabbed my small cup and also a divider, the employee was very quick to said that the dividers were only to be used with the green cups and not my pink cup. I told her I didn’t wanted to mix the ice cream and didn’t wanted a green cup. I need to control my portions and the smaller cup helps me. I mention that I understood the weight was going to be higher I was going to pay for it. She keep saying that the dividers were only for the green cup like some sort of zombie and not a customer service rep. I got a little disappointed and didn’t buy any for myself. I don’t believe it’s ethical to force a size of food on anybody. I will still bring my kids but I will never consumed this overpriced product anymore, bye sweet old pal.
