Thai Erawan

Service is always pleasant and attentive. I usually enjoy the chicken pad thai. It tends to be on the spicy side, so be careful when you order. I like spice but not so much that you cant enjoy it. The last time it was a little fish flavor forward. Which, I understand, is more tradional but I prefer layers of flavor, not one over- powering the other.

I was referred to this restaurant by someone who spoke very highly about the place. So I said I would give it a try. I called in my order one day after work. The total came to $12.00 for one order of basil chicken fried rice. The woman brought out my order. I checked my bag and noticed that I didn’t have any utensils, sauce or napkins. I asked for these items, she proceeded to give me one napkin and fork and only one duck sauce. I politely asked for additional sauce and she said, “no I already give you too many.” I stated to to her that I spent $12 for one container of rice/one meal, I think I should be entitled to additional sauce for my food!! She refused! I left and I will not be returning. The customer service is horrible and the owners are cheap.

Recently I had a very disappointing experience. I love the beef Kapow and that is my go to, however I’ve had it recently with no flavor at all, no spice (and I like it on the spicy side) not even Thai basil from my own garden helped - just straight oil for sauce :/ super bummed and wish there had been a different outcome.
