In what world does cotton candy ice cream have waffle cone pieces in it. Even more surprising when you specifically asked for a cup… then not provide a refund when asked. Terrible service. I hope the managers take note that their employees were extremely rude. Makes me think the issues were intentional because why wouldn’t you immediately offer a refund for a bad product. Just really hope not.

$5 for two scoops of ice cream! Felt robbed. I should have just bought a pint at CVS. I also should have listened to the 2 young girls in front of me that also couldn’t believe the cost. Worse the ice cream tasted old. This place is dirty inside & out. They even have the nerve to put out a tip cup. I’m never going back. This place should be ashamed to be in the center of Suffield. F- Do not waste your time or money!

My family and I have tried multiple flavors and they all are terrific. The vanilla tastes like real vanilla - the icecream is creamy and rich. Our new favorite place!

I'm a regular customer. Best ice cream around. Agree with all the positive comments. Unfortunately, they are closed November through February. I always look forward to their reopening.

The ice cream and their service is sub-par. Do yourself a favor and go to Windsor Locks and get ice cream at Dairy Cream. Honestly could have gotten better ice cream at the grocery store.
