They really need to move the location across the street. For some reason people at this location regularly park in the fire lane and wait for their drinks. It’s daily, acceptable behavior in Sudbury.
Aside from that, the baristas here are fantastic and my drinks are always amazing! Sometimes they take a little longer than I’d like but I really appreciate the barista that works in the afternoons. He tries to get to know customers and gives off great energy.

I never know whether this location will be open. There is no sign on the door to indicate hours and what is posted online isn’t accurate. I cut them slack during COVID but at this point it’s ridiculous to not have correct hours posted anywhere. As I sit outside the store writing this, at least 7 other customers have attempted to go in as the lights are on but door locked. I see people looking in the window, checking their phones, trying the door a second time and finally walking away confused.

Odrerd a mango dragon fruit lemonade with 2 scoops of fruit lite ice... lol. Needless to say the drink was in 2 layers... lemonade on bottom and mango dragon fruit top layer, 7 pieces of fruit and they did get the lite ice right though lol. The drink is suppose to be shaken up in a pre-made serving cup. Evidently it wasn't done lol. But the kicker was the drink was waiting so they had time to get the drink right or DIDNT REALLY CARE FROM THE JUMP!!! Just saying, not upset but dang just do ur job and make the drink right... then you ask for tip 🙄. I guess I have to tip to get my drink right now 😂🤣😅.

I placed an order on the app, waited more than 15 min after arriving and was then told that they were not able to prepare my food order. Just wish they would’ve told me that before having me wait for no reason.

Extremely slow, every single time. If I order a hot drink and a cold drink, I always end up waiting 5-10 minutes for the ‘other’ drink. I have been to plenty of Starbucks that are just as busy, not sure why this place struggles so much and has such a long wait. My advice, make all the drinks in the order one after the other and let the customer leave. I shouldn’t get one drink, then wait for them to make 5 drinks for other customers that came after me, just because both drinks didn’t come from same location, hot or cold.

Horrible service and coffees are made in a rush with no details. They do not attend to mobile orders for the longest time. We have been here enough times to reget it every single time. 25 minutes of wait for a coffee is not acceptable. Let alone the sloppyness and tasteless drinks.
Please train your staff to make starbucks coffee properly , many times we have received hot milk and sweet without coffee. Starbucks is a wonderful branch and this place has ruined its standards
