The young man working the register was the best restaurant employee I have dealt with in a long time. He was professional and very pleasant. Brewed fresh coffee for my mother in law.

Stood in line for 5 minutes to order. Nobody took the order. Manager was asking about orders I told him I haven't ordered he said okay and walked away. So I left. I have no idea why a good Wendy's is nonexistent. You always have to wait a ridiculous time while employees take there time doing anything. 6 employees in the kitchen 0 at the register and a manger that just knows ok.

Honestly I love the chocolate frosties.. my husband really liked the strawberry one. Only complaint was that there was no strawberry lemonade in the soda machine. All the lemonade was out.

Got my order wrong twice. I asked for a plain double cheeseburger, then when I went back around she asked me to hand her the wrong burger, and gave me a plain single cheeseburger. Service was super slow.

Ordered through the Wendy's app for curbside pickup. Waiting for food was taking forever. Sent my son in to find out what was going on. He was told curbside pickup required coming in to get the food. Since when is that? Was always brought to the car before this.

Jr. bacon cheeseburger is awesome! Just entirely too expensive now by far!! Used to be on the dollar menu now it’s almost $3!! Rip off!!
