Subway

I have been an avid consumer at the subway in Sturgis SD for two years now and all of the sudden, at first start Ed shutting off the ovens so I couldn't get a hot sandwich and now they are closing up earlier and earlier and I can't get a sandwich for my lunch. I work nights and usually get two to three sandwiches a week. I am very disappointed with this store for doing this!

Overall a good visit. Orders were taken quickly and correctly. Food quality was perfect. Bread was soft and not rock hard like other Subways. We had a BMT but was extremely light on meat. I had to order double meat, 3 bucks extra, just to get a normal amount. Not the employees fault but I would suggest give more meat to customers. Only negative was cleanliness of the location and coke machine had no coke, no Dr pepper, no Fanta, no diet coke...basically all they had was root beer. Also the lemonade dispenser was filthy and very rusty. Booths also had food everywhere. Overall 3 out of five.

My first visit left me horrified after the employee failed to change their gloves after checking out the person ahead of me. i.e. cash register and money. I love subway!! My second visit was no better, and upon arriving home found that the bread was so stale it was like shoe leather when trying to tear away enough of it to eat what was left of the sandwich. Breaks my heart, but I can’t eat there again.

Stopped in early Monday Oct 4 on our way out of town. Sign said open, but no one was in sight. Waited a few minutes and then said Hello in a loud voice, no response, tried again. Eventually a very unsmiling young woman came out from the back and took our order. She promptly left after making our subs. There were no napkins in the bag and none to found, had to yell again and same young woman came back and produced napkins, still same unfriendly attitude. We left and ate our subs on the road, about 60 minutes later I became very sick to stomach.

An AMAZING food place. Best place I've ever been to. The fact this was moved closer to both my mom's and my dad's house (I don't think they are divorced, I hope they aren't)! The meat is DELICIOUS, and all the condiments are SPECTACULAR! And don't get me started on the service behind the counter. If I could rate this any amount of stars, I would rate it 1000000000000000000000/10!
