I would have given 5 stars but... I ordered curbside pickup through the app, notified thru the app I arrived, and what parking spot I was on. I was notified it was ready, and I waited. And waited. And waited. I eventually went in and they seemed surprised I was there. It was 8 minutes past the time I was notified that it was ready. There were a few customers at tables eating, and no one was queued up for food. The person who gave me my order offered a cup carrier which was nice since I had a drink order. Food wise, it's the same as any other Panera consistent with their standards.

This place is great! A great place to hang out with fabulous food and drinks! They've got it all: drive thru, online ordering, curbside pickup, contactless pickup in the store, kiosk ordering, and ordering at the counter. Everyone I've spoken to here is very friendly. Also, there are food options here that are fairly healthy. And everything is completely customizable. I HIGHLY recommend getting the drink subscription. $10.99 per month for unlimited drinks (one every 2 hours from a selection of the majority of their drinks). It is well worth it. If you go to Dunkin Donuts in the morning, just stop. Go here instead and you won't regret it.

I would have given 5 stars the reason I didn't is because I come to Panera quite often and I loved to mix the unsweetened flavored tea with a little of the sweetened flavored iced tea. Now the only unsweetened tea is black tea. I don't like black tea. I used to look forward to the choice of drinks now I am disappointed because everything is sweetened. Won't be getting drinks at Panera.

Awful service. Don’t bother with order ahead. Extremely unorganized, no one seems to know what’s going on. Sat outside waiting on a pick up order for 20 mins AFTER receiving a text saying it was ready and on the way out…stood inside for another 20 mins waiting for someone to realize it had been forgotten on a back counter and hand it to me cold. Thanks a lot.
