Mcdonald's

The cashier wasn't super helpful had to insist & ask for my receipt, the young girl excused us of taking an extra $1.00 large Frie , we all used our McDonald's App , to get the $1.00 large French Frie, we all payed for our food ,they almost didn't give us our order. They weren't calling out orders, they should have been calling out the orders ,it was dead inside the restaurant.

They got the order wrong and put a toy in the Happy Meal that had been unwrapped. While we were there someone else came in to get their order fixed. It seemed like a lot of issues for a short amount of time. It was a little busy when we got there, but by the time we ordered, it was not busy at all. On the plus side, whoever was filling the m&m and chocolate chip canisters did a great job!

Waited from the time I got in line behind two other vehicles, till ,I got to the window to receive my order and pay a the second window, 24 minutes!! Then I was asked to go wait for my two cookies at the area for waiting for your order to be completed!! I asked from the time I placed my order to the window was 18 minutes and your just now cooking the cookies! I asked for my money back on the cookies! When I started to get my order the beverages were about 1.5 inches from the top! Asked to have them topped off!! The fries were cold and I mean cold!! Never going back and I live here!! The owner should take a lesson from Dairy Queen in Leicester, Mass!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. There were absolutely no straws, lids, or napkins at the time of my visit. There was trash all over the floor and all over the tables. The staff was nonexistent. I was very disappointed. I know this is fast food, but I still expect to be able to eat in a clean environment. I addressed it with a supervisor today and she told me it was like that because there were a couple events in town and they were busy. When I was there there were a half-dozen teenagers there, but that's it, and they were allowed to wrestle and crash into furniture. I was disappointed with my visit there but I was even more disappointed with the supervisor's response to the information I gave her. My visit was Friday, January 26th 8:30-9pm.
