I’ve had several experiences here and they tend to range. A couple times we waited quite a while for each step of the experience (to get a waitress, to take our order, to get our food), but this isn’t generally an issue. Food is all over the place- some great, some terrible. If you’re looking to have a drink outdoors though, it’s view of the lake is hard to beat in this area.

First time visit, the experience started of pretty good, we sat outside on the deck with a beautiful view of the lake, then that was the end of the good experience. Our server came out to take our drink order and placed our menu on the table we hadn't made a beverage decision yet, 20 min. Later she wandered by and we were finally able to order our drinks. After our drinks were dropped off it took another 15 min until the server returned to take our order, we decided on a side fries to munch on as an appetizer, my Sister ordered the Shrimp and scallop scampi over rice, I ordered the same but they were out of linguini, so I was satisfied with it coming over penne. 30min later, you catch that? 30 min later our fries came to our table, by this time it was getting cold outside so we moved in to the screened area as did everyone else, where the kitchen had their music up so loud you could hear very clearly the offensive lyrics, made it a bit difficult to listen to one another. Our server came by and cleared our table of the plates from our french fries snack......10 min go by.......no server no food, 20 min go by.......no server no food, 40min go by........no server no food, 60min go by, why we're even still there at this point is the greatest mystery of all time. My sister gets up to talk to the server, we're told 10 more minutes!!! We finally decide to leave, we pay the bill, (they didn't even take the the fries off the bill! ) We're told they have a new POS system, that they haven't been taught how to use properly. Some orders don't make it to the kitchen due to the lack.of education. My Sister made mention that someone could have visited our table during that whole time to which the server replied, literally, "Hey! I'm from Vegas, I don't even work here, I'm just here helping out!" Well in that case we should just mosey on over back to the table, didn't realize you're from Vegas. There were many simple solutions to the servers issue, you could pass orders to the kitchen on paper, or use the POS and walk into the kitchen and ask if it came through, on second thought, they may not if heard you over the blaring music, Or you may have thought to visit your customer's every 5-10min to see how things are going, it not like it was busy in there at all, or lastly, you could have had respect and concern for your customer's and simply said " my apologies, we're having technical issues, and I don't know how to deal with it, you may want eat elsewhere tonight" I could have respected that, or given you advice, being as I made my career as an executive chef. Heed my warning! Stay away from this place! It's a disaster. (We weren't the only ones walking out)
