This place is now called Noodle World. It is a fusion of Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese restaurant.
The place is a little slow if you come during peak (I went at 6pm, got very busy around 6:30pm) hours. Friends ordered Chicken Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles and I had the Rare & well done steak Pho.
The pho broth was savory and very flavorful. I was kinda bummed that they didn't bring a side of extra bean sprouts, fresh basil, sliced jalapeños, and cilantro as with other places that serve pho. It comes in a large bowl, so come with an appetite. The waitress stated that all their soup bowls are one large size.
When we sat down we ordered Gyoza, which were nice and crispy. The Pad Thai and Drunken noodles took a bit longer to get to us.
They served a small side salad with ginger dressing, one slice of cucumber, one cherry tomato and a few matchstick carrots on top of the iceberg lettuce, all before our main course.
Overall I recommend this place. At least I will be going back to try other dishes before giving my final rating.
Go try it, if you like Thai, Vietnamese and/or Japanese food.

The rare beef pho is really good there. Although the restaurant is kinda small.
