What a terrible experience! Let me start by saying that no manager was even in the store when our issue happened this evening. We placed an order online foe pickup. It was supposed to be done by 7:30. By 7:50 we asked what the problem was and even said we got a confirmation. The girl said this isn’t the right ovation. We went out and started to drive to the other location but noticed that it was, in fact, the correct location. We went back in and the girl then said oh we must have missed it. They made the order, charged us, and never apologized for the mixup. I then called to speak with a manager but the phone just rang. The place wasn’t busy , otherwise we might have understood . It’s just another example of terrible customer service, bad training, and bad management!!

The staff was helpful and fast! I didn't wait very long & the restaurant was very clean!
I love the vegetarian options at chipotle. You can get a big bowl of rice, beans, vegetables & tofu for a nice price! The music is always loud here so just keep that in mind if you're sensitive to loud noises or if you have children with you who might get overwhelmed.

Almost all chipotle’s have pa part towels in their rest rooms. Why amidst a pandemic where more importantly then ever before wouldn’t they provide paper towels for a not touching the door on the way out. That’s a challenge after washing your hands in order to be safe while touching your food. Perhaps they will read this and make a simple change.

Ordered my meal through the chipotle website. Order was correct online and on the receipt when the delivery showed up BUT order in the bag missing items. Attempted to contact the store thinking we’d go pick up the missing item if it was in a separate bag. No one answered on MULTIPLE phone calls I tilt he call was disconnected at 3 minutes each time. Contacted DoorDash, got a refund and was told to reorder. Reordered the exact same meal. Showed up packed the same way with the same missing items!!! Contacted the store again, multiple times with no answer!
If you’re expecting to get your food delivered correctly. Do NOT order from this store.
