Jersey Mike's Subs

We have always made Jersey Mike's subs our go to place. But, tonight, I ordered one Giant Kahuna, 1 medium Kahuna, both with no Jalapenos, one Italian. When I got home, I realized that they made 2 giant Kahunas and one medium, 1 one Italian. Loaded with Jalapenos. And, I paid for all of it . I called them, the girl who messed up the order could care less. I paid too much for an extra sub and they are loaded with hot peppers. And, that's just one Kahuna. The rest is in the refrigerator for tomorrow. I am so disappointed. When placing your order make them repeat the order back and check it before you pull out of the parking lot. She put me on mute twice, not paying attention to my order. Jalapenos are not good at this house.

I am sorry and try never to be over critical in reviews but the girl making the sandwich was all over the place and made no sense. She didn't know what we were asking but finally read back the order correctly only to fail at putting any of the vegetables on the sandwich. Maybe she was having an off day or maybe they employee people with disabilities to help them out but either way, we tried to remain patient through her extended process. Definitely not worth nearly $24 for two wraps.

Ordered 2 giant subs and paid for extra meat. I called to complain because there was barely any meat, let alone extra meat. The person on the phone said she put “5 extra pieces of turkey” on a club supreme. There was not even 5 pieces of turkey on the whole sub…and not even a full piece of bacon. I was offered a credit $5 when I said I was going contact corporate after she repeatedly argued about it (a credit I never got). I did write corporate about the situation, they responded by saying it is a franchise but they did forward my email to the owner. I never heard one word back. I paid over $40 for 2 subs, never again.

Ordered with uber eats , because why not support the business you do, right? So my delivery was pretty fast so glad about that.. however , opened the bag and unwrapped my wrap then boom total experience I was hoping for --gone. Whoever wrapped this wrap must have had a personal vendetta because of all my 15+ years of food service I've never seen something like this sent out to a customer expecting a "fresher" experience. Totally disappointed 😞 the wrap was packed great, but the actual wrap itself is the issue clearly someone didn't gaf.
