It was my first time here and I absolutely loved it! It is exactly what I was looking for: a small hole in the wall, good seafood restaurant on the water and it was so perfect! I loved the weather, view and food was amazing! I highly recommend this place.

We're partial, as locals, the Pelican is our go to lunch place. Service is always great, owner Paul is an elegant treat to have around. Our favorite is the fish tacos and wings. Nothing like the beach side dreaming on the water while eating great food! Keep rocking it Pelican, this cold front sucks...weather warm up... we need a fix.

Yumm yumm. This place is a hidden gem. It’s small and sits off of a pier and although we were not sure from looking at the outside it was so worth it. They have two area which are under the front deck, side of the deck or beach side which faces the water and is covered with sand. We took the beach side and the day was beautiful. Prices are good and the portions are big. I highly recommend the boom boom shrimp tacos and the blackened fish tacos. Fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly. We also had a side of waffle fries and sweet potato fries which comes with fluff. It’s a sweet dipping sauce. From the waitress to the host that sat us, all young kids but very pleasant. Pets are welcome and we even dined with a few bird friends which topped off our experience. Fun place to eat with great food and service.

I ordered the blacked Mahi Mahi and it was delicious. I feel like the portion of the fish could have been a tad thicker. I still kind of felt hungry when I was done so maybe an appetizer with dinner or a salad would have filled me up more. Mind you I don't eat big portions anymore but the food taste & presentation was great. The vegetables were awesome. Coleslaw I could have passed on (not enough flavor for me to blend even with adding salt & pepper). Excellent service. We went on a Saturday night so there was live music on the water front & very relaxed atmosphere. We really liked this place. Outside seating by the water.

Awesome location. Live music is always good. Good menu selections. The clams and linguine was very good. The service was very slow and it wasn't very busy at the time.

Great place for tasty good casual food!!! It is what it is..a restaurant under a bridge so don’t expect five star formal dining but don’t let that deter you from coming in your flip flops and sink your feet in the sand while you eat. The staff was super friendly and attentive! The food was tasty and delicious! I think I found my new casual spot when I want to enjoy the outdoors with my dog and eat good by the water!

We are visiting the area and came here with friends. We loved the atmosphere and the food! We sat on the "beach" and my husband had the Mediterranean fish and I had the Tropical fish with the fresh made pineapple and mango salsa - the server gave me both types of salsa because I could not decide!

Low key, laid-back gem hidden off the beaten track on the St. Lucie River. Fast service and fantastic food, good prices. You'll be glad you came!!

My kids and I went with my sister and nephews for lunch on a Saturday. Very few other customers were there, and a couple members of the staff seemed to be on different pages about our seating arrangements, which had me questioning if we should look for a different place, but our waiter was friendly and attentive, the food was good - awesome fish tacos - and the kids got to play in the sand after they finished eating. We bought 3 adult entrees and got 3 kids meals free, which was also great. Very nice sitting by the water with reggae playing in the background. We will be back.

Great dog friendly restaurant with amazing views of the river. Food is pretty good, but wish they offered a few gluten free items such as corn tortillas, etc.
