Sonic Drive-in

Me: Can I get a Sonic burger, no cheese, plain and dry. Third times the charm. That’s how many times it took for them to slap a bun and patty together. First time whomever responded to us was rude. The second time the “assistant” manager (25-30 blond hair female) even came out and I spoke with them. Still wrong . They asked for the first two incorrect orders back cause they thought we were trying to scam them out of food. I thought taking good back into the kitchen was not allows due to contamination. Anywho, never going back there again.

Service here was awful. I placed an order on their app, they never brought it out. Decided I wanted something else, so placed another order. Girl walks up to the car and just stares at me. Gives me my ice cream and I ask if I can have my first order. She ask my name, walks away, brings it back, and just says there you go.

Honestly, it would be hard to find a worse Sonic. Kids chicken tenders so over fried they were like crackers. My son who is the least picky will eat anything kid, refused to eat his half cooked tater tots. He was able to choke down most of the burger. While the chicken was cooked to a literal crisp, the hot dog we ordered was barely lukewarm so the cheese wouldn’t melt on it. Most of it ended up in the garbage. Milkshake was decent though. I would say the same for the cherry lime aide except THERE WAS NO DAMN CHERRY. Would have complained but everyone inside was standing around or on their cell phones so I didn’t expect it would get better. Take my advice. KEEP DRIVING.

Went from being the best Sonic in Oklahoma to the worst. Didn't care for the half cooked tator tots, or the over cooked chicken fried steak we had today. 1/4 slice tomato on my steak sandwich with 2 pieces of very small lettuce. Last time we ate there was about 2 months ago for breakfast. It was so bad we just couldn't eat the food. I thought maybe it was a new cook. If they were bought out recently I highly suggest the new owners sale to somebody that knows what they are doing.
