One of the best Wendy's, super fast drive thru no matter the line, they pump out orders like a machine! Food is nicely prepared, no soggy lettuce and tomato over here!

Missing food. Food was cold. They told me when you order online they make and bag your food when you order it. Not when you arrive. Manager isn't any better. Was told to call corporate about missing or incorrect food. I drive all the way to Shelton for Wendys. This location needs a serious reboot. Missing food and incorrect orders consistently over the last 3 years.

I went to the Wendys in Stratford CT I asked for a 4 for 4 like I always do and wanted the bacon cheese burger with it according to them they did not have it in the 444 it was in the big meal but when I told them I had it the day before at the Wendy's in Milford CT she told me that the sandwich was not part that deal how can they change overnight. I was not going to pay a extra 1 dollar for a pice of bacon and it's not a whole bacon it a tiny piece of bacon, so I got the jr cheese burger instead and when I got home did not get my fry's with the meal .

Hadn’t been to a Wendy’s in awhile. Went inside to order and the process was confusing. Did drive-thru instead. Frosty wasn’t quite cold enough. Overall not bad.

Clean restaurant. Great, prompt service with no errors. Food was hot and tasty. Aa long as my kids are happy I am too. They were and I was! Not our first time here and it won't be the last.
