Love the food at Duchess! Only get to go once in a while when im in the area for work. Really wish they had one closer to my house! Soooo much better than Mcdonalds, and sooooo much cheaper too! Store is clean, staff are pleasent, always look forward to going.

We ordered chicken nuggets here and when we opened up the container there was a long hair stuck to the styrofoam. Will not be coming here again.

Trying to get dinner tonight 1/19/2022 at 8:30pm. Went inside. I was the only person in the restaurant. It took the manager 2 minutes to take my order. It took the cashier 2 minutes to realize my food was ready and in the window. She was on her phone. Fast food isn't fast when no one cares to help the customer!!! Pro tip: GET OFF YOUR PHONES

The fries tasted gross, worst than frozen,usually taste!! Threw it out!! Swiss mushroom burger was sooo oily/greasy!!! You could see the grease on the top bun, it looked wet!!! Like they dunked it it oil😱🤢 took a napkin and tried to wipe it off😡☠ but gave up! That too, went into the garbage after 2 bites!!! Unfortunately I was passing by, had my order to go. So I wasn't able to return it!! Wasted $12 combo! Don't eat here!!!!

Duchess is always good,… great food but the portions are small, just to warm you. I think it’s enough. The line is usually pretty fast,.. we did drive through.
