Order accuracy is not their strong suit but where they lack in that area they make up with customer service. Everyone there was very polite and friendly. And happy to fix whatever they left out.. It's a busy place so make plenty of time when you go through the drive thru. The line inside moves much quicker. P.S park nose out if at all possible to aid you in exiting the lot.

What a shame! This location was once very hospitable and great with processing orders. Well.... not so much. Unfortunately today, the employees wanted to get the orders wrong and be angry at my teenage customers. For shame. America runs on Dunkin but it also runs on competence and kindness. Take a moment and reevaluate your behavior Barnum Ave. Thank yerrrrr. PS: people like their food cooked, not burned. 🤦‍♀️

My daughter is loving the sunrise batch. Apparently today is the last day so we needed to go get her last medium with almond milk and caramel. We ordered in the app. Only issue is you cannot request whipped cream in the app or say no ice. Actual order was perfect as per app input. Update: Last night went to the store and whomever was working drive thru was phenomenal. Not sure how many people may have been working but I only saw her. The only issue with this location is the speed of the employees overall. No matter what time of day we come, my order is never ready and I've waited over 10 minutes to get my items (and I ordered in the app). Re-training and a sense of urgency is definitely an attribute needed within many members of this facility.

They messed up my ORDERS I placed 3 orders I received half. No Sugar in my COFFEES The HISPANIC Girls were very NASTY didn't want to find my orders the young ma. That waited on me was doing his JOB they were YELLING @ him He said but she right here She the BLOND HISPANIC GIRL @ THE TOASTER SAID MOVE I said give me my other orders she said NO SO THE GIRLS IN THIS particular store need DISCIPLINE @ conduct classes plus my ORDERS SHOULD HAVE BEEN PREPARED

Absolutely terrible customer service and one of the rudest Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve had multiple bad incidents here but this morning at 8:30 am I went to go get my morning coffee thru the drive thru and the lady taking my order had the rudest tone and snapped at me while I was just waiting patiently to be greeted. The kind lady in front of me was nice enough to pay for my order and it brightened up my morning until I pulled up to receive my order and heard your employees gossiping and talking about how “oh he’s probably not even gonna pay it forward”. Can you tell your employees to at least make sure they close the window before they start talking trash on your customers? I get if they hate their jobs but they don’t have to go and make everyone’s morning worse. Absolutely terrible experience and so unwarranted .

I could give them no stars I would have. Ordered on my app they didn’t have want I wanted so asked them to give me something to replace in the same amount of money and said they couldn’t do that. Then finally offered to give me a bagel, I asked for a sesame seed one and they gave me a plain one when I opened the bagel it didn’t even look like they put any cream cheese on it. Such a shame that people do not take customer service and pride in their work. You should be ashamed of the quality of work the workers here produce. The manager was non existent as well. I will never return here.
