This is the hottest temperature burger I have ever had from a Burger King!! Food is to be served hot and this delivered! Look at the picture of the southwest bacon whopper jr....wow!!!!

Last night me and my boyfriend came here to pick up a mobile order, I believe there was only one employee there. Shoutout to Collin for juggling so many tasks while still being so helpful and friendly AND wearing a mask as well. I know the fast food industry is so understaffed right now, so thank you for being so kind. But please Burger King, give this kid a break, and if there is only one employee showing up to work, don’t make one kid do everything by himself.

They served me the oldest mozzarella stick. I meant the cheese inside the sticks was orange. Mozzarella is white. Come on! That's why that girl was smiling at me like that. She knew they were 12 hours old. Never going back.

I didn't realize it was possible to get your feelings hurt at a drive-thru by people you can't even see. When I opened the bag of food, there were I think 6 items instead of 3. I went back and wouldn't let the employee refuse to take the bag back since I didn't want it in my car. While the new order was being prepared, I could hear her explaining to the manager and cook what had happened, and both made unnecessary comments. It was a mistake, no big deal, but don't make fun of the customer instead of accepting responsibility.

Only giving this high of a review since we arrived 20m before close. The workers were a bit rude and none of our food was warm at all. The fries tasted like they were sitting out for a few hours. Sandwiches were made very sloppy too.

Waited almost 20 minutes outside even though the restaurant was almost empty. Food was cold and tastes weird. I have an upset stomach now. I do not recommend.

I got a chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks. The chicken sandwich had about 1/2 cup of mayonnaise on it. Disgusting and not edible. The mozzarella sticks were burnt.

Well after waiting for 20 minutes outside for my order I decided to call the restaurant. They were apologetic and brought my food right out in a few more minutes. Clearly gave my food to someone else and completely forgot about me.
