Food was not ready when we got there at the quoted time. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for it. Barely any space to wait in as well. They need to open the inside of the restaurant back up. There were others waiting past the quoted time as well, it wasn't just me. The food was decent although nothing special, I just feel like they didn't even start it until we got there, not a good idea if you want return customers, there is a reason people call ahead. I probably will go elsewhere next time.

I had a very poor experience with this restaurant. Would never recommend. The website states that they deliver. They do not. I called and asked if they did just to be safe and the woman on the telephone was very rude. Regardless if they deliver or not, I would never eat from here just based on the customer service.

The woman that answered the phone was very rude. She was so pushy and tried to rush me into a wrong order that was $39. I decided to just avoid this place. Because you know that they will give you a hard time with a refund if they get something wrong and she won't admit to making a mistake even though she rushed you like crazy

Their prices went up however they remain the best place to eat Chinese in the area of stow. Their very friendly and well respectful

This place is consistent for the two times I've picked up Chinese food.
The only thing I would suggest is they give the cost at the end of the phone call and that they take an order at the window. I stood there for approximately 10 minutes and they ignored I was there. Needless to say I still wanted to try their food and left and called them from my car.

Ordered the "CHEF'S SPECIAL LEMON CHICKEN" Apparently the chef wasn't working! I got 2 burger king breaded chicken patties 5 leaves of warm lettuce and 4 lemon wedges. This is $9.50...that's all I'm saying because usually everything else from here is good. Needs to be removed from "chef specials" or the menu entirely or Maybe supply a few buns to make a sandwich. I had a gut feeling this was going to be a failure.

First time I've tried this Chinese place!! The food was excellent and ready for me when I went to pick it up. The staff was also very nice and I can assure you I will be back again. King dragon won me over as the best Chinese food in town!!
