The service is always good. The food quality has slowly been going down hill. I have hope and faith they will comeback and be the best local burger joint again. But cold items and burnt items. Shame on you. You are better than that. When you go someplace and it takes a couple extra minutes because you see it’s busy as a customer you’re OK with that because you know you’re going to get good quality food. recently I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody because the quality has gotten to the point where it’s spotty at best. I’m gonna give them a little while and hopefully the next time I go it will have swung back into the good zone again.
They will NEVER, EVER disappoint my family nor myself here! Fantastic food EVERY time! Thee BEST burgers around, no lie. I will spend whatever it takes in gas to get there when I'm craving one of their bomb cheeseburgs for real, if you've never been here try everything you can at least once, I highly doubt you'll regret it. All time Ohioan fan here!
I took my boys out for an adventure yesterday we hiked through some of my old stomping grounds (Kent) grabbed some Swensons and then went back to the park to eat. Boys aren't big cheeseburger fans but they said they had the best grilled cheese ever, except for dads of course! Dad had a galley boy and a double with cheese and as always not disappointed. I explain to my kids that Swensons has been around since 1934 and that I've been going there since I was high school and the Stow location was built. Thank Swensons for always being there and thanks Kent and the parks and rec for taking care of our history & landmarks. Awesome day!
Food was GREAT as ALWAYS! Service was exceptionally good, and they were not at all stingy with condiments and napkins. I chose to go here this time for my birthday and everything was awesome, my whole family was very happy! Keep up the great service and NEVER change your awesome food! 💜
Great fast food restaurant. Easy to pull in and employees are readily available to take your order. Place is pretty popular so sometimes it takes a little while for the food.
Quick, friendly service! I have always found the guys and dolls working here always so accommodating. The food is priced reasonably and it tastes good too. LOVE their fried zucchini!
Delicious meaty burgers, creamy milkshakes and cute boys running to your car, what about this could you not love? But seriously the combination of sauces on the Galley Boy, with it's sweet and savory delicious bun, you can't go wrong here!!
