Dunkin'

It’s usually really good every time i go there. i always order a sausage and cheddar (never had a problem with it) and an iced vanilla coffee with cream and sugar. Today, they gave me my coffee first and it was almost spilling out of the top and had coffee dripping down the sides, then immediately asked me to pull around. I then realized they never gave me a straw either. i waited about 15 minutes for a sandwich and again, no straw. i asked the girl to bring me a straw and she was polite about it. Good food and good coffee, just wish it was consistent!

This might be the best Dunkin’ location we’ve been to in the greater Madison area in terms of drive through speed, employee friendliness and voice inflection, as well as freshness of the coffee and donuts. Unfortunately for us, it’s also one of the furthest locations. If you live in the area and are looking for a quick and quality breakfast bump, this could be your spot!

I am/was a regular particularly at this Stoughton location. When they first opened they were fantastic! Couldn’t get enough of it. For the last 4-6 months though I’ve noticed my order being messed up consistently, long wait times for small orders (even if you order online ahead of time they still somehow don’t have it ready 15+ minutes later) and staff standing around on their phones. I’m pretty tolerant of the food industry situations and I understand the struggle of the times especially so I leave a lot of room for grace. But this location has just been consistently going down hill and tbh I’ll just make the drive to the Emil St location instead.

I’ve had bad dunkin coffees in the past but the one I received in the drive though today was horrible. I’m not one to complain but for $6 I had to go back. I’m not sure if it was the wrong order (most likely not considering I was the only one in the drive through and lobby was closed). When I went back the employee I talked to was extremely rude. He made my drink quickly but with an attitude, when the drink was handed out it looked entirely different from what I got first. I asked politely if he could throw away my original drink which was nauseating he said quite rudely “no, covid is still a thing”, keep in mind he was not wearing a mask, then slammed the window closed. My second drink I got was bearable but still tasted like straight burned coffee. This was my first and last time at this location. I would highly suggest the west side location as they are always super kind and make my drink fabulously.

I will give 3 stars because i being so disappointed couple weeks already because i use to come here all the time before go to work and my coffee was hot delicious fresh and great. Now i get my coffee warm, like they made it early in the morning and keep it warm out there. Its not fresh like use to be and don't taste the same either. Same thing with lattes and food. It use to be my favorite Dunking Donuts i will not waste my money here anymore. Also today everyone's on the drive-thru was horning they cars because is slow too. Sorry but is the true.I Hope that they make it good again.

They literally do not know how to make coffee. I always order an iced coffee with cream and mocha and it's always way too much cream. Then when you ask for extra mocha its never consistent. It's really not that complicated. I've never experienced this problem with the one In janesville, they make my coffee perfect every time without me having to specify or modify the order for it to be right. The only time stoughton has got it right was was when the general manager was working I believe. Super annoying.

I go here weekly everytime I go my food is cold. I have kept my mouth shut until today. My food was ice cold. I went in to get a refund I took one bite. The man inside assuming it was the manager snatched it out of my hand threw in the trash and left me standing. No apology or nothing the store inside looked disgusting trash everywhere no hairnets just gross food safety everywhere. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. Yall should stick to coffee only
