Kfc

My friend and I decided to pay a visit to KFC/Taco Bell for dinner this evening. My friend, who ordered KFC got her food way before mine, as well as other people behind me who also ordered KFC. Yet me, who was in a Hispanic cruise mood, got Taco Bell which took a little longer. No big deal, just something to consider. Soda fountain said out of order yet was a complete lie as it was working perfectly. Food was excellent. You can now call us KFC/Taco Bell regulars.

I have to give a shout-out to the manager there ... at least I think he's the manager. They were *very* short staffed on Sunday 12.26.2021. The drive-thru customers were getting served but the customers inside were not, as there was nobody manning the register. There were only 4 or 5 employees total working. Not everybody can work the register ... somebody has to cook! We were starting to pile up inside. We got the attention of the manager and he came to the register to take our orders ... even though he was being pulled in many different directions. I didn't get his name but just wanted to say thank you and GREAT JOB!

This is the third unpleasant experience I have had here. It seems as though they give you whatever they feel like giving you rather than what you ordered. I don’t know who owns this bit of KFC/Taco Bell, but they should be ashamed of the lack of responsibility and pride their employees have. Maybe they should put a Popeyes there, or someone who cares to make a profit.
