Dunkin'

Visited this Dunkins during a snowstorm because it was the only one around that was open. Ordered my food and drink, the person taking the order was polite and pleasant and there were 4 people behind the counter. Several other people were waiting for thier orders at that time. I received my drink fairly quickly but waited and waited for my food. They asked me what I ordered then I waited and waited some more. I spent over 14 minutes there, waiting for my food to get literally'tossed' on the counter without a word. At the beginning I gave them a $3 tip for being there. Shouldn't have. Needless to say, snowstorm or not, I won't be returning to this location. 1 star for the polite person taking my order. 1 star for being open during the storm. -3 stars for the rest.

I order a sausage egg croissant with no cheese. They gave me sausage cheese croissant. Bring into the store to show the employee. Did not get an apology, but got nasty stare instead. When the girl was done with remaking my croissant she just threw on the counter, without apologizing or a word, as if it was my fault.

This Dunking Donuts is the worst. Is like their staff are running on delay not dunkin. They don't acknowledge the people that go in. They focus on drive through. The same girl looked at me 4 times and just kept going about her business. One of the customers behind left. The guy behind me got his order before me. The girl that took my order went back to drive through. Then asked me what I was waiting for.
