Wendy's

This location was renovated and looks great. However, the service here is terrible! Ridiculously long waits at "short" drive thru lines and always double check your food because SOMETHING is going to be missing or incorrect. Recently had a delivery order from this store, because of a medical issue I couldn't go out, and no one wants to take responsibility for the late delivery, half of the food missing and the food being cold. Doordash says call Wendys because it was a Wendys mobile app order, after 3 phone calls to get someone at the store the manager claims he can't do anything and to contact Doordash about it. Contacted Wendys thru the app and Facebook. If I don't get refunded in 10 days I'll contact my bank to chargeback the payment!

Charged me over $15 when I asked for 3 small burger patties and nothing else. I have gotten the same for probably $5 or less at other Wendy's locations. I was in a hurry so didn't notice til I had left. I asked for cheese too and they left that off. Very rude service at the window as well, she didn't say a thing to me when she handed me my food and closed the door immediately.

I'm giving Wendy's five stars. the value and money that I'm saving when I use the Wendy's mobile app is really something to be excited about. the flavor of the food is getting better. when cooked to perfection burgers and fries are served, there is no better flavored combination. I give Wendy's a five because I know just how satisfying Wendy's can really be. I'm sharing this picture of a junior chocolate frosty.

First off, I love Wendy’s, but this experience made me consider Burger King. Me and my associates ordered around $50 worth of food and they got it all wrong. For starters, I ordered a coke… and received a Dr.Pepper…. Who even drinks dr.pepper, how isn’t it discontinued? Secondly, our food came cold… awful. 0 star experience.
