The kid who took my order needs a raise. Took my order accurately and efficiently while helping to keep the previous orders moving. This was the fastest I have ever gotten my coffee and it was still made with care and attention to detail. Quality of product and service wasn’t skimped on but the level of efficiency and skill of the workers was unmatched.

Great place to relax and get some work done. Quick service. Music is soft not to distract you. Why can't they offer some soups? Chai Tea Latte was good but for the Cinamon. They should use Ceylon Cinamon.

I arrived today to a partially melted Frappuccino and slightly watery pink drink. This is a positive- They had my drinks ready on time and because I was late they were a little melted. I love that this location is always on point about making sure their pick up orders are ready and on the counter by the time the customer arrives. Thank you again it made my day, I was late and I could not have waited and I knew you would not let me down 10/10 I recommend, and if you don't want a melted drink definitely be there when you set your pick up time to.

Wasn't sure what I wanted but Sydney was patient with me and made me the perfect coffee that tasted exactly like I was hoping for. Completely made my night better going into work. Thanks!!!

Staff is extremely kind and makes great coffee. But it must be owners or management who made this rule: no 30 oz (trenta) matcha lattes allowed to be sold. I didnt mind this at first. maybe its an issue of the matcha powder supply cost, im not sure. But when I watched the employee dump the remaining matcha down the drain i couldnt help but wonder why they couldnt have just sold me a Trenta, made the extra $ and given me my drink size I originally wanted. Sorry but this rule is extremely odd especially when youre dumping the rest down the drain…

I had a good experience. Let's start with the parking: there is specific parking for customers and it's only a short stroll to the front door. I will say it was a bit warm outside when I went,but thankfully I didn't break a sweat. When I entered, I ordered a hot coffee, and what I got was appropriately warm. The bathrooms (I used both): clean. The couch: cushy. The music: lively, yet a tad loud. The patrons: few, as I like it.

Tried their Caramel Frappuccino- today, totally awesome. It's like drinking dessert. Service was fast despite long lines on a hot day.
The guy working the register as well as the one making the drinks both verified my friends order whether she wanted milk based whipped cream because she requested a non dairy milk. That impressed both of us!

I ordered a caramel brulee late and hot chocolate for my son from this Starbucks and they did not prepare the drinks correctly and a few ingredients were missed. Hopefully the next time they will pay more attention to the correct preparation of my coffee and do not omit the ingredients because of the pressure to prepare the beverages quickly.
