We needed a bite before heading to a show at Jorgenson Theater (Song of the North- fabulous). Gansett had my son with the many UConn sports teams posters. I wanted something edible, but was surprised by the array of choices, including a number of middle eastern faves. I settled on a BLT wrap and falafel with tahini, and son found he could get a cheeseburger wrapped or on a sandwich roll. Vegan options were also on offer. The food was swiftly prepared behind a massive counter and we were gnoshing happily in a few moments. No table service, but good food made fast and furious. Perfect campus fare. Go Huskies!

I'm so mad that I waited so long to try Gansett Wraps. The owners were very nice in helping me order based on a combination of things I wanted. Everything is much more flavorful than what I've had elsewhere -- the Greek dressing, the Tzatziki sauce, the gyro meat, the Tabbouleh... I can't wait to try their hummus. Their portions are generous and the prices are outstanding, which I hardly want to say for fear they'll raise them. My order was prepared very quickly. I'll be a regular, for sure. (Photo: A gyro without the pita with Greek dressing, a scoop of Tabbouleh, and Tzatziki sauce. It comes with a generous 4 strips of gyro meat.)

the food was reasonably priced and the portion was pretty big. my friends and I enjoyed the food here after feeling down by the poor quality of food at the UConn dining hall. The food here made us feel a lot better. great customer service!!

Hands own the best food for your dollar in Storrs. Generous portion sizes with a fair price. The owners are absolutely kind people. If you want the run into a UCONN athlete, you'll likely run into one here because they have some very healthy options on the menu.

It's really great food at a very decent price. The place is on the small side inside so it can get crowded very quickly. I have tried like 6 different menu items, and none of them have disappointed me.

Best wrap I’ve ever eaten— crispy lettuce, fresh tomatoes, chicken grilled to perfection, and it wasn’t overly sauced or salty like many things are these days. The GF wrap is great and doesn’t fall apart as you eat it; it also was a substantial size compared to pretty much any other GF food you buy. A+ 👏

We love Gansett Wraps and platters for every day and special occasions! At Storrs Congregational Heritage Luncheon we decided to have Gansett wraps (cut in half & assorted) as the main part of our meal! Gansett was wonderful to work with! Labeled every wrap. Made fresh that Sunday morning. Everyone very happy with the delicious wraps.
