Dog Lane Cafe - Storrs - Photo album

Went for lunch and enjoyed the place very much. Well presented dishes with good portions. Service is good, not crazy but good. Fresh flavors and real eggs with omelettes. Will Go Back.
Quiet spot to sit and have a coffee and snack. The oatmeal raisin cookie was a bit dry but good. They would not make an iced latte or iced cappuccino (odd) only offered hot-and it was 88 degrees outside-so I opened for the strawberry banana yogurt smoothie-which turned out to be a great option.
If I lived in the area I'd go there more often. This place has a likeable college cafe vibe. Breakfast sandwiches were tasty, as well as their coffee offerings. Their staff bring orders to your table, and they're all very friendly.
We brought our son here for breakfast as he just started at UConn. It is a nice large establishment, so much to choose from on the menu & service is quick. Everything we had was delicious. Would definitely go back again.
Tofu banh mi had a generous amount of tofu but unfortunately also contained some accidental chicken (or tuna?). As a vegan customer, not pleased with the cross contamination. Otherwise, excellent cafe with plenty of food and drink options for morning, afternoon, or evening. Comfy seating, friendly s
Definitely a gem of a place in an area where there isn't much. Lots of flavorful options and quick service. I think I'm impressed mostly by seeing all young folks working behind the counter and in the kitchen. Things work so well, but I'm not sure who is in charge of the place. Whoever is in charge,
I visit the Dog Lane Café on a regular basis, and I really like it! Their chai lattes, smoothies, and sandwiches are all delicious, and the environment is warm and inviting. The pumpkin chai was not my favorite, and the prices are a tad steep, but I’d still recommend it.
Just had breakfast at this cafe after dropping a family member at UConn. The breakfast was good; this is not the first time eating there. You have to place the order and the staff will bring it to you. Breakfast is done at 12pm. I would definitely recommend this place .
Always a great place for breakfast or lunch, great service, great menu, bagel egg and cheese always a delicious. Lots of options. We make it a stop every time we visit UConn.
Always on the look out for interesting food offerings, I perused a menu I had seen before and was not finding anything I REALLY wanted! Until I saw the word, "NEW." And there it was. Tofu Bahn Mi in tiny letters. The description? "Grilled tofu, sriracha mayo, pickled cucumber, carrots, onion, ja
A little over-priced, but still worth the money. Very vegetarian and vegan-friendly as well as catering to gluten-free options. Hosmer Soda is sold here and that's a plus from me. Overall, good selection and quality customer service. The black bean stew was hearty, mild, and comforting.
Home fries were HOT, had steam coming off them!! "Best Evah Egg Sandwich" was GREAT!! Took avocado off, added sausage, the sausage was spicy, tomato was cold n crisp, egg yolk was tart, whole wheat toast was crunchy. Just an explosion of great flavors!! We had the "Best Evah" three ways, and each
I was happy with my meal here. I got the black bean burrito. It was flavored nicely and had a good crunch to it. Coffee was just ok... My partner got a veggie sandwich which she says was good. Atmosphere is nice and staff is friendly. I would come back.
Have been meaning to stop by this Cafe ever since we booked an airbnb nearby for our trip. It lives upto the hype given in all the previous reviews. Burbeanto is simply delicious and one of the best oat milk lattes I had. The ambience is chic and the staff are handling the super busy crowd in a bree
