Reviews of Dunkin' Donuts

I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts because it’s so close to my house but more often than not I’m just disappointed in one way or another. Most of the time the trash cans are overflowing and nothing is clean like where the straws and napkins are and yet They are standing around with nothing to do. The food is very inconsistent I get the same thing just about every day and it’s different just about every day the wraps are either not cooked or cooked too much. Changes management more times than I can count I really want to like it here because of its convenience. I hope they get their act together

This Franklin Street, Stoneham location couldn't care less, about handicapped and elderly people. I went a friend who had his leg in cast. He. Could barely walk. He needed to use the rest room. He had only 1 crutch, as the other a nut bolt was missing on the other one. When I went in to get some one to stand by and watch while he walked in, they said that it is not in their job description. Also, a young black girl kept shouting at us and called the manager on the phone. The manager said if we didn't like the policy, we could leave. Humanity was not found at this Dunkin Donuts. I highly recommend staying far away from this Dunkin Donuts, especially in rain. If you fall and your head was bleeding, no one here would call for help.

Absolutely wonderful experiences every time I walk in. Staff always seems happy to be working there and team effort is evident. The place is clean and there are sanitizing supplies available as soon as you walk in. This restaurant dunks goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and cheerful atmosphere not just for customers but for the whole team. I would highly recommend this dunks

So first thing I went here to grab a couple lattes and drink for my son , they said no expressos but they had regular coffee... suggested I could go to the other down the street but pressed for time we just got coffees. I went to the bathroom and it was utterly DISGUSTING, came back grabbed drinks and a few minutes into my drive I took a sip and almost threw up, their fking cream was CURDLED.... both coffees had a absolutely nasty sour flavor to them which my wife at first thought was just stale coffee( only 1 cream in hers) but mime had 4 and it was very very clear it was curdled cream. Never go here unless you want to run the risk of getting served rotting milk.

I waited 35 for my app order - my food was ready but my coffee was not. When I asked if they could reheat my food because of the wait then manager asked why. Sorry bud but my food was sitting for 30 minutes while I waited for my coffee. When I told him I ordered coffee he looked at my order and said thought you ordered food only. So yes I want my food re-made. If they can’t keep up with the demand - close the store
