I would give 0 stars if I could. The line is always long the customer service is non existent but today was my last straw. We were giving raw chicken 🤮🤮 my 4 year old ate 2 of them before I noticed and now I have to pray that he doesn’t get sick 🤬🤬🤬🤬

NO HELP NO CUSTOMER SEVICE WHATSOEVER.. literally the Worst mcdonald's I've ever been too. Placed a mobile order and they constantly made it wrong. Then they forgot to even give me everything I paid for, all while everyone just ignoring you and being rude then asked to speak with a manager and the lady told me she was the manager, so I'm like wow if you're that incompetent and rude no wonder the rest of the staff is too. Just ridiculous to play with people time money and food this way

I quickly spit out my sandwich after looking at the bottom and saw splotchy green and black mold. I do not recommend this location.
Plus, what I thought was sprite was just carbonated water which means the soda machine was improperly connected. I paid for a large carbonated water.

I was pleased with my experience. The table people were wearing gloves. And I was satisfied my food was fresh. Management handled the situation in the drive thru very carefully.

I am a crew member of this store and I want to let everyone know that we are currently in the making of improving our store. I hate to see all of these negative complaints. I assure you that we are in the making of hiring and firing because obviously for the food to be messed up it had to be a human that messed it up.

This was first experience inside and I was highly disappointed. The manager forgot about me multiple times. I was so upset. I just wanted to eat while using Wi-Fi and my baby took a nap. I waited over thirty mins for a double cheese and fries. He threw in an apple pie for the wait. Hence one extra star. The drive thur gets all the attention. I hope my next experience here is better.

There was no 1 at the register 2 greet or take your order. They hardly acknowledged the customers at all. After ordering on the kiosk, I was still waiting on the food 20 min later. They were not busy, only a few people in the restaurant. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THUS LOCATION. It would be a waste of your time.
