Second time the egg has been forgotten. I ordered a steak egg cheese biscuit combo and a chicken egg cheese biscuit, neither had egg or cheese when I received it. took it back, got down the road only to find out that my chicken biscuit had gotten the egg and cheese, but my steak biscuit only received the cheese... sorry but the young guy at the window is a screw up, the older gentlemen was a beast and NEVER got it wrong.

It wasn't that busy on Friday, I went through the drive thru and was given old chicken tenders. I pulled around and had to go in. The Mgr quickly provided hot fresh ckn tenders and fries. I was satisfied with the apology and the readiness to take care of the issue. Good job considering these times we live in.

When going back to the store the manager explained that he's new himself and was having trouble getting workers and had to hire people and will have to get them trained. As a former fast food manager, I understand what he's going through so I'll give him some time to get it right. Edit: Another Wednesday with a mobile order and again I pull up to an unopened store. Ran back up here at 9am on break and you still aren't open. But I can see someone sitting inside, most likely a manager. Y'all need to change your hours if you aren't going to be open. I should have learned my lesson when this happened last week. I'm completely done with this location. On Wednesday morning, I placed an online order on my way to the store. When I arrived, at about 6:35am, the store wasn't opened. After not getting any answer when I called multiple times, I was ready to write this place off completely as my two previous orders had issues as well. I decided to go back today, Thursday, to try my luck with either a request for my order or a refund. Armond was very apologetic and took great care of me. You need more workers like him.
