Ihop

We had a terrible visit. Our waitress was nice but she got my daughter's order wrong. When my food arrived, my plate was dirty. I should've stopped there. Only after finishing my drink, did I notice a fly was in it. After informing the waitress, the manager came to our table seemingly with an attitude. Although he credited my drink, I was still disgusted and put off by this visit.

There were 17 of us eating after church. The food took a while to come understandably so. The food seemed to be ok too once they figured out who got what. I can only say the food seemed good because I never actually got to eat mine. When our server brought my food, she knocked over my drink all over my white dress! I had to go buy a dress from the plaza as I was soaked. she didn't even bother to say sorry. By the time I got back, everyone was just about finished eating. My waffles were so white looking too. what was worse is that she charged me for the drink that she spilled on me. she didn't even refill it. This waitress could not even get our bills right at all.

Truly an awful experience! It was empty, but the service was still slow. The waitress took so long to bring our drinks (all waters) that another waitress was taking our order when the other finally got there with our drinks. When they brought the food out the waitress spilled syrup on the table and then proceeded to spray chemical cleaner right after placing the food on the table. We were not checked up on and nobody came. to refill our drinks. After we were ready to leave, it took almost 15 minutes just for the waitress to bring the bill. I do not recommend eating here!

Took a bit long to be seated to start and was willing to look it over, but when it came to seating most of the seat were covered in water dripping from the fans. The biggest problem occurred when we were finally seated and took forever to be served. We literally watched a bigger party come in about 10 min after us and we’re served before we were. If I didn’t get the attention of some servers telling them we were still waiting to be served we probably would’ve still been sitting there. It didn’t help the fact that I made eye contact with a couple servers in my area but they continued on like they didn’t see anything. The saving grace of the experience was the server we did eventually get who had a great personality and even though she messed up one of the items on my order it was still an improvement the experience we were having. In summary: it was subpar I’d only come here if everything else was closed and I had deep starvation
