I don’t normally prefer to leave reviews like this but I am now as I feel this location needs to be exposed. I will start off by saying CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!! I remember when the Hot n Ready pizzas were $5. Now, where I understand, prices change, there should be no reason why the price changes every time I go there. First it was $6.99, then $7.99, then next thing you know, it’s $8.99….. for 2 Hot n Ready pizzas I paid $18?! Like I might as well go to Papa Johns or Pizza Hut and get better Pizza! So the last time I visited this location (a few days ago) I didn’t check my receipt until I was home and instead of 2 Hot n Ready Pizzas the had rung me up for 2 Extra Most Cheese pizzas which were $8.99 a box… I’m so fed up with this location I didn’t even want to waste my gas to get them to fix it. I only know I was unfairly charged because I called another location to verify the information. Basically they ring you up for something a $1 more but give you the Hot Ready which is cheaper that way I’m pretty sure this is how they make their sales look good. I will no longer be going to this location ever again. You should not do your customer this way. Let me end this by saying yes I understand that prices can vary by location but the name does not. Even the women who answered the phone kept telling me that it says Hot nReady on the box….and I had to tell her 3-4 times that it does say hot n ready on the box BUT NOT MY RECEIPT!

They Get A One Star Only Because You Can’t Choose No Stars. The customer service all the way to the management is horrible. No gloves being worn while handling the food. Almost every time I come here I order the extra most best cheese and they always give me a regular classic. Now every time I come I specifically order a classic pizza and they still charge you for the more expensive one and still give you a regular hot and ready. At this point you might as well order from a real pizza place

WORST Little Caesars!!! They charge double what other Little Caesars charge, for the same products and worse service. Italian cheese bread elsewhere is $4, here you pay $8!!!! Hot and ready pizza is also $8 here, and $6 elsewhere. And sometimes, they are just flat out closed during normal business hours because there's no staff to work. RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always fresh and hot. Great prices. Love that there’s a drive thru. Shantrice is always professional. Whoever the cooks are they are doing an awesome job! That cheesy bread is the truth! My daughter loves the $5 lunch special. And she’s only 3! It’s like she has her own personal meal! Thanks for the great food and service!🙌🏾🍕
