I brought two of my kids here to celebrate their birthdays. The food and service were fabulous! It was a wonderful evening!
Great cocktails, outstanding music [with football in the background] and friendly service; the Sax was memorable, and on a Sunday evening in November!
One of the best restaurants in Stone Harbor. Intimate setting and cozy. The food was proportional with high end presentation served fast and hot. It is attacked to the Waterside Grill with quality food a bit more relaxed with outdoor seating on the bay. I would put both restaurants on you "foodie" list to visit!

Things happen for a reason...... This evening after frustrating attempts to make reservations at several establishments, My cousin and I were able to make reservations at SAX. After cocktails at the bar we were seated and then greeted by Patrick. Patrick obviously enjoys his work, and was very personable. He informed us of the beef short rib special which we both chose. Great choice to say the least, amazing and delish! Patrick was attentive, a pleasure to know and handsome to boot! Thank you SAX and kudos to Patrick for a most memorable evening! PS.... the ice cream for dessert was over the top!

We’re staying at The Reeds at Shelter Haven in Stone Harbor this Thanksgiving week and after checking in we decided to have a late lunch at SAX, the hotel’s restaurant. Boy was that the BEST choice we could have made. We were greeted by server extraordinaire, Patrick, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience SO relaxing and enjoyable! He was genuine and personable and his service throughout our meal was exceptional! We will be back specifically because of Patrick. As for the food well that was exceptional as well. Our garden salad topped with a perfectly cooked center cut salmon filet was out of this world fresh and delicious. Our SAX burger was scrumptious and extra crispy fries (as requested) were prepared to perfection…burger rare and fries were hot and crunchy! Most restaurants over cook the burger and serve limp cold fries…not SAX. Our compliments again to the chef, another reason we will be returning often this week to SAX. Last but not least was manager, Mike, who came around, as most managers do, to check on our experience, but you could honestly tell he genuinely cared, so we gladly expressed to him everything we’ve stated above. Kudos to SAX and THANK YOU VERY MUCH for starting our week’s stay off on the right foot!
I was a little hesitant to come here based on some of the Google reviews, but I was not disappointed one bit. The service, the drinks, and the food were top notch. Every part of our meal from start to finish was delicious, and worth the price we paid. The only downfall is that there was a wedding in the room next door and a lot of the noise trickled into the restaurant; but that definitely wouldn't stop me from coming back again!
If you want a real quite romantic dinner this prolly not the place due to the loud wedding music. We had a great time tho the wedding seemed super lit.
The food was absolutely phenomenal.. the corn bread app is a must and our entrees straight smacked.

The service was very good. There was a wedding next door and the music was so loud. Our server actually warned us when we were seated. The food was ok. I might try it again during the week but not on the weekend.
Food was excellent, our waitress was wonderful and very attentive, and the restaurant was beautiful. Our main complaint was that we dined here on a night that the hotel was hosting a wedding. There was a ton of sound bleeding in from the ballroom. Other than that, I'll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family
