This place is by far the BEST breakfast place in Jersey. We had the blueberry pancakes (which were fresh and delicious) chocolate chip French toast and The Big One that included toast! Very clean and friendly staff. Love seeing the open and clean kitchen with the owner working along side the staff.
Before we were even done eating my son asked if we could go back before we leave. This is the place to go for a hot delicious breakfast on the 7 mile Island!! We will be back.
It's the best breakfast on the island...or pretty much anywhere, in my humble opinion. Fresh ingredients, consistent execution and the nicest staff you could ask for! It's worth the wait!
We come here for breakfast every morning every time we are visiting with wonderful beach town. Staff is always friendly and the food is great. Good atmosphere as well. Cash only can be the only negative but they have an atm machine.
“The big one” is an outstanding value breakfast. The restaurant also has a beach town / diner feel, which is great. It was my favorite breakfast place in stone harbor.
This still remains my favorite go to morning breakfast place in Stone Harbor. Had the most amazing chorizo sausage and jalapeno omelette the other day , and I still think about it in the morning when breakfast time rolls around.
We have also since tried the classic avocado toast as well as the arugula avocado toast which is really wonderful if you're looking for a slightly healthier breakfast fare. As always the service is friendly and prompt, very efficient. We will certainly continue to go back! Thank you Trish and the entire team!
Awesome. Omlettes were perfect. Awesome home fries. Avocado toast with an egg in top was a thing of beauty. Great service. They really hustle! Excellent job by all.
With an unusual hankering for breakfast my wife and I found ourselves seated at Fishin' Pier Grille South. Drawn to it's small diner atmosphere, we were seated promptly and had hot coffees in front of us quickly. From simple breakfast options to more 'complicated' omelettes, there is something for everyone on the menu. We ordered the Double Trouble (with blueberry pancakes), the raspberry french toast with a side of bacon, and a cinnamon roll to share. For as busy as they were, our food came out quickly and was piping hot! The pancakes were loaded with blueberries, the french toast had a subtle, yet delicious, raspberry flavor, and the cinnamon roll's icing was the cherry on top of everything. The next time I'm in the mood for breakfast in Stone Harbor, I'll be making a return trip to FPGS.
Always a great place for breakfast. Born of its sister spot in Avalon, the South has the same fare but closer for Stone Harbor folks. A good choice obviously as it is generally busy. "The Big One" is a mouthful, their biggest breakfast. Not for the faint of heart. Staff has always been extremely pleasant and the atmosphere is very beachy. We go every year and dont plan on stopping.
Been coming here for years and spot on with everything all the time. Place is great. The only reason I don’t want to recommend it is because it will be more crowded.

Very quaint little place with awesome food. I had the Eggs Benedict Oscar(crab}. Highly recommend. Bring cash; they don't take credit cards!

We have been going to the fishing pier in avalon for many years and now we go to the one in Stone Harbor. Love the food and love the friendly family oriented staff.
