It's mostly a nice, well-stocked grocery store. However, the employees at the deli/meat counter could go through some better customer service training. They mostly ignore people as long as possible, and if they are working with their back turned to the counter, they don't check every now and then to see if a customer is there. Once they finally do ask if they can help you, they do it rather glumley. This has been my experience most of the time in the past three years. Sometimes, I just leave without making a purchase. The seafood counter is only slightly better. The cashiers are very nice and friendly.

I often shop at this Raleys, always had a good shopping experience, not today! Everything was fine until checking out, this cashier! BOBBY! Clearly seemed frustrated and taking it out on my groceries! Throwing and smashing and not caring about a good customer service! Doing no effort to bag our items with care, smashed our bread, our sushi was packed under heavier items, even got leaks and broken items, i will never get in line on this cashier's line ! He slowed everyone down as far as having people moving over his line to other lines, Raley! Please take care of this kind of low quality service employee, I like being a customer of yours and I don't enjoy this kind of treatment!

First time in at this location. The store was clean and had a good size bakery/deli and meat and produce looked fresh... Clerks were friendly and helpful

Fancy interior, almost posh, they had a whole section of "fine" cheeses that were almost good. They get an A for effort.

Love there sandwiches and sushi to die for always fresh daily staff is super friendly as well store is very clean all the time

Unlike their competitors, easy to get in and out. However, if one shops around 8:30am, not enough checkers yet.
