Baskin Robbins usually has a family feel and welcoming. After utilizing Apple Maps and google we headed to this location. Closing time was 10 pm according to the sign. The last 4 visits it was also 10 pm. At 9:30pm there were 4 workers 3 working hard and one male employee who came to the door as we walked in. He said they closed at 9:30. There were also two customers inside.
We explained we had left another location and came to our usual place. The male employee was rude and not willing to let us order. Trying to be understanding I asked about buying a prepackaged quart to go quickly and was turned down. The experience was not expected and although the other 3 workers seemed to want to help us the male worker did not.

I usually know what to expect when I go into a Baskin Robbins.. Tonight was different. Kalebs customer service is on another level.. (not a height reference)😃

You can't go wrong with ice cream, variety of flavors. Staff were very helpful, got some ice cream cake to beat the heat.

This is my favorite Baskin Robbins in Stockton and for good reason. For starters it is the biggest and roomiest Baskin Robbins in Stockton. It feels less cramped then the other two, and secondly, they sell pies! They sell pies from the Ripon Pie Company and they are delicious!

Great ice cream is always. The store is clean with great customer service and it's convenient close to my home. They have the best mint chip ice cream there it is my favorite
