Is a great worker, she was very polite and patient. I live 1 minute away from a Wendy's but she made me a loyal customer to this Wendy's not only was Ms. Pat very customer service oriented the food was well made and most importantly fresh! Thank you Ms. Pat for being sweet😊

We travel 100% of the time so we eat at alot of fast food restaurants. We just left this Wendy's after eating lunch. This was the best experience we have ever had. DeShawn waited on my husband and I and he was amazing. He helped us decide which burger was best for us. He was very polite, professional and well spoken. We thought he was the manager, we were surprised when he told us no. When there was knowone at the counter, he moved quickly into cleaning tables and seats and to our surprise did a very through job. Also as he walked by each customer he spoke to them asking if everything was alright. We both thought if we owned the store we would give him a raise and a promotion and make sure he stays an employee at this establishment. Great Job DeShawn...

Drive thru was long and I didnt get my full order. So I had to tell the lady what was missing.
Sitting here eating my cold chicken sandwich only to find a large piece of plastic that stuck AND cut the roof of my mouth.
Never going to a Wendy's again!

Food is always good here! Every time! They DO need to improve speed up the drive thru!! It can take a LONG time, Polite staff, inside was clean. . other than that I had no other issues except; the huge crowded parking lot situation with the homeless.

The food and service was great. However, this is what I got when we got home and I ordered 5 meals. I understand that you're busy but, it's not like I'm asking for free food. I paid for my meals and I expect to have it full. This seems to happen a lot when placing a big order. Not acceptable! I'm not driving down to get free fries (it's what they ALWAYS offer) management needs to make sure crew members are filling these how they should. I feel like when you fall and complain they don't care. I'm not asking for my money or free food, just make the order right! I've worked at fast food and I would not send this out!

Haven't gone back. The one time I went, they screwed it all up, and they were rude.
Definitely a one time incident.
I started going here again, for the salad. AMAZING. ON POINT. STAFF HAS BEEN GREAT. PLACE IS SO CLEAN TO.
