Stopped in on Sunday at 11:42 the weekend following thanksgiving on the way home back to Fl. This location was extremely busy which is fine took a while to get my order also still fine. The bathroom was gross. There was a used feminine pad rolled up and stuck on top of the toilet paper holder. There was paper all over the floor. I would have taken a picture but I left it In the car.

The wait was very long, the store was so dirty: there was trash in the store, milk sitting out on the counter with other pitchers of things and it looked like they hadn’t been wiped down either. I would have walked out but had waited so long and already paid.

It's hard to find a Starbucks now and days that have employees who listen and make your drink the way you like it. I have to say, I have been to this location twice around 6pm this week and they have been AMAZING!!!!! I'm very picky on how I like my frappuccino. Thanks for having a great staff that actually listen to how the customer likes their drinks made!

Always a line, but that's because the drinks are good. Service is good too. No complaints here. My dragon fruit drink is sometimes out, but you can't help it's good, popular.

This location has gone down hill so badly. It shouldn't take 25+ minutes to get drinks in the drive through. I understand being busy but that's just insane! Management really needs to do better with their planning during busy times.

I just went through the drive-thru and had a terrible experience. I ordered a trente pink drink and requested that no more than half the cup be filled with ice. The girl taking my order responded with a condescending tone, "that's usually how they are made, love." When I received my cup, 3/4 of it was ice. I do not pay $9+ for a drink to be spoken down to or to be ignored. Starbucks must have relaxed its hiring requirements because the customer service was terrible.

I've returned to this Starbucks since I only had one bad incident, and the service was, once again, amazing. My drink was perfect and the customer service was stellar.

So I want to start off by saying that unfortunately this is my local Starbucks. This has got to be the worst Starbucks on earth. They are extremely slow so don’t even bother wasting your time on a mobile order. It’s not even clean inside. The floors clearly needed to be swept, tables sticky. It’s just a disappointing experience every time. If you’re looking for the next best Starbucks location I recommend the target location in McDonough or the stand alone location in McDonough.

Three stars because the parking is horrendous. I hate the parking lot at this location. It's a ridiculous mess trying to get in there to park because the drive thru traffic blocks everything! Do better Starbucks at most of your locations.
However, my Iced Americano was made perfectly.
