Prices on menu is hidden and they have the option to raise or lower prices per customer i guess so I’m hoping it’s smashing. Because for $19 for 7shrimps is ridiculous…Customer service was not what i expected but decent 15 min was quoted but took way longer for my order to come out. Ordered at 1:20pm and it’s now 1:50 pm i assume the 7 shrimp would have took no time to cook but i was wrong. Still waiting at 2:00pm food could have been seasoned better. First and last visit.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Today, March 9, 2022, I was verbally attacked by the owner in front of other restaurant guest. I have lived in Stockbridge area for about 7 years. I have patronized this business for about 4 years. The daughter of the owner typically has a great disposition but not today. I called in my order and requested to have soft plantains. I expressed my last 3 orders the plantains were extremely hard. When I arrived to the restaurant the owner came from the back to GIVE ME A LESSON ON PLANTAINS! The better approach….THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUSED APPROACH was to say I’ll check the plantains before we bring your order out. After the LESSON the owner proceeds to tell me how to listen. She began to call me names. She told the other guest waiting in line I was a problem..every time I come there is a problem. This was my FIRST and LAST problem!

Ordered from DoorDash for the first time thought I’d try a new place and from now on I’ll stick to my usual Jamaican spots 😩 (fireside, addiktive flavors, Jim Jimmas) for oxtails because ..I’m from nyc where the Jamaican food is authentic and the oxtails taste kind of weird like no flavor really bland and the cabbage is super crunchy 😩 I’m upset the beef patty is like the one from the grocery store no flaky crust 😢 generic food at best

Walked in one day asked the older lady at the front counter for a menu she gave it to me & told me to hurry and make a decision…so I didn’t respond I then went to go take a seat at the table to overlook menu choices not 2 minutes pass by she breaths hard & tells me “you taking too long sir to order make up yo mind” mind you I’m the only customer in the facility at the time. I politely walked back to the counter handed her the menu back and told her “I didn’t want anything & I didn’t like her attitude”. I had initially had food here 1 time Previously and it just ok it wasn’t seasoned properly for the most part so I call my self giving them a second chance and this is the type of customer service I receive never again! Guess I will stick to and make that extra drive to fireside

"The attitude here is ridiculous. Why do you have so much attitude towards your customers. We’re keeping you in business." I just got into a heated argument with the older lady today. She got upset because I told her about her attitude & how she runs the business is VERY unprofessional. The way she was slamming her hands on the counter while talking to me and also slamming her glasses down , I'm assuming she was ready to come across the counter to fight. * but tbh she don't want these problems fr.* between her and her daughter, they have TERRIBLE CUSTOME SERVICE. ‼️

You can see my name I don't care, This Jamaican food sucks I would never Go there again. That old lady or owner is rude as hell. I don't know where these people are from but there not from Jamaica they were born here in the south. I know Jamaican food and in new York those people came straight from the island. If I can give it a zero I would. Horrible mooshy food. Waste of 14.00 bucks
